Location is probably the main attraction of this Downtown highrise on Nicollet Mall since it means easy access to the convention center, museums, shopping and nightlife; though some find an "accommodating" staff, others say they're "unfriendly" – either way, they can't do much about the "closet"-size rooms that look like they "haven't been updated since the late '80s" or the "not-very-warm" breakfast buffet featuring "waffles as hard as a rock."

The heating systems in the rooms completely malfunction. We had to open our windows in Minnesota in late November.

Comfortable beds! Loved the clean white comforters.

Room was a little small but definitely worked well for us.
